Mpa of Scandinavia
More Maps of Europe     Print this map of Scandinavia

The Scandinavian peninsula juts out of the north-western part of Europe.  The Gulf of Bothnia partially separates the Scandinavian peninsula from the main body of Europe.  Norway is on the west, facing the Atlantic Ocean and on the very north, toward the north pole.  Norway has a long borders with Sweden, and borders with both Finland and Russia.  Parts of both Norway and Sweden are above the Arctic circle. Sweden is east of Norway, dipping further south into the  Baltic Sea.  Besides Norway, Sweden has a border with Finland, which was a part of Sweden for 700 years.
