Directions to Download, Install,
and Run
World Features Map
Puzzle requires a PC running
Windows Vista, XP, Me, 98, 95 or 3.1.
Vista or XP will need a computer administrator user
account. A limited user account cannot install software.
In order to use our software, 1. The
installation program is downloaded from the web to your
computer; 2. The installation program is run on your
computer to install the software onto your hard disk,
and; 3. You run the software.
All of our
software is free, you will not be charged for any
download.
All of our
software is regularly checked for viruses with Norton
AntiVirus and the latest virus definition files.

download process. If you are unfamiliar with downloading
and installing software read through these instruction
first. You may want to print them out.
Download Instructions:
Windows
95, 98:
1. Downloading the
installation program: Click on the Download link
above. On some browsers you will see a dialog box
that offers you the choice to "Run" (or
"Open") the installation program or to
"Save This Program to Disk", choose "Save
this program to Disk" and click "OK".
You will see a
"Save As" dialog Box. It will probably be set
to a 'Temp' folder. This is fine. You may save the
installation program in another folder if you wish. Do
not change the name of the installation program. Click
SAVE. The installation program will download to your hard
disk.
2. Installing the software on your computer: The installation program needs to be run on
your computer to set up the software. You may run the
installation program (mpwminst.exe)
from Windows Explorer or:
Press
START -> FIND ->
FILES or FOLDERS.
Enter
the name of the installation program (mpwminst.exe)
in the "Named:" text box. Be sure that
"Look In:" is set to "Local Hard
Drives" and "Include subfolders" is
checked. Click "Find Now". When you see the
installation program in the lower window double click on
it to run the installation program.
You will be
prompted for a folder to install World Monuments Map Puzzle into
and a Program Group for the icon to appear in. The
default choices that you are offered in the dialog boxes
are recommended.
3. Running the software on your computer:
After the program is installed there will be a folder in
the START ->
PROGRAMS menu with the name chosen
in the installation program. The default name is
"Map Puzzles". Click on the folder and
you will see World Monuments Map Puzzle. Click World
Monuments Map Puzzle to run the program.

3.1:
1. Download the installation program: Click
on the Download link above. On some browsers you
will see a dialog box that offers you the choice to

2. Installing the software on your computer: Use File Manager to navigate to the folder where
you saved the installation program. Double click on
the installation program (mpwminst.exe) to
install World Monuments Map Puzzle. You will be prompted
for a folder to install World Monuments Map Puzzle into and
a Program Group for the icon to appear in. The
default choices that you are offered in the dialog boxes
are recommended.
3. Running the software on your computer: After
the program is installed there will be a Program Group in
Program Manager with the name chosen in the installation
program. The default name is "Map
Puzzles". There will be an icon in the
program group for World Monuments Map Puzzle.
Double click on the icon to run the program.
